Our Pricing Structure

All services are billed at $120 per hour and include a defined maximum number of hours ("capped hours"). Any work required beyond this allocation will be discussed and approved before additional charges are incurred. Our aim is to aid financial planning, service efficiency and value for your investment.

Service Hour Caps

To provide clarity, here are the capped hours for our services: CRM Setup (40 hours), CRM Health Check (8-hour blocks), and CRM Improvement (20-hour blocks).

For projects/BAU support that do not fit within the standard service packages, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
